Founded and led by the D’Angelo brothers, fiercely independent since 1994, Claustrofobia acts with the same respect and attitude in the dirtiest underground clubs or on today’s biggest stages. Their unmistakable energy and authenticity has won them countless fans throughout Brazil, South America, Europe and the United States. It is no surprise that they shared the stage with Metal royalty Iron Maiden, Slayer, Anthrax, among others. In 2019, they returned to Brazil for a historic show at Rock in Rio, at the request of Brazilian fans, through a nationwide petition. The band was also invited by Slayer to open for their final show in São Paulo. Claustrofobia is currently completing the production of its new album and is available for world tours in 2021.
In 1995, at the age of 12, he officially became the drummer for Claustrofobia, a band founded by his older brother Marcus D'angelo and then started taking classes for new techniques and to improve musically. Since 1995, he has devoted all his life to his band and also to Thrash/ Death metal/hardcore genre, being considered versatile, with original style and strong grip, receiving great reviews from professional drummers, producers, magazines, websites, promoters etc. In all these years he made numerous shows throughout Brazil, three tours in Europe, where they played in Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Belgium, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Bulgaria and Romania. In 2018 and 2019, he did three tours throughout the United States, with approximately 100 shows, after that he returned to Brazil to play at Rock in Rio together with bands like: Iron maiden, Helloween, Slayer, Anthrax among others. He is currently in the studio to record the best album of his career.
Ruston Grosse is an independent recording artist and touring musician currently residing in South Florida. Ruston is known throughout the extreme metal community for his sheer power and precision behind the kit, yet he is well attuned to many styles of music including Jazz Fusion, Funk and Experimental music that require a feel for grace, dynamics and improvisation. He has been a touring musician since 2006 and has recorded or performed with various outfits such as noise rock band SATANIZED, Candlelight recording artists WOE and RUMPELSTILTSKIN GRINDER, Prog rockers SURGEON, Blackened death Prog band SILVETH, Black Metal merauders KULT OV AZAZEL, Tampa area Death Metal band BRUTALITY, and legendary Death Metal pioneers, MASTER as well as countless other projects of varying styles including creating music for REEBOK commercials and voice over work.

Mauricio started playing drums at the young age of 12. He was part of a local church that his family was helping to establish in Las Vegas. There was no one to play drums so he volunteered and ended up falling in love with the instrument. Over a short period of time he started to play around with different styles and genres and discovered he had the most fun playing Metal due to its dynamic and aggressive nature. Many years later he joined a band called Mynas and has been blessed to be able to express his inner, most creative self playing heavy music.
Glenn Cwikla began playing drums in the early 90’s heavily influenced by rock legends such as Led Zeppelin, Rush, AC/DC and Aerosmith. Guided by his fathers encouragement he joined his first band at 15 a Metallica cover band that would eventually begin writing original songs and landed him in his first recording studio sessions at 16. Since then Glenn has recorded with 20 bands and released 14 Full length albums with in the “Heavy Hard Rock” Genre and a couple of “Alternative Rock” projects as well. Since Moving to Las Vegas in 2005 He’s been in multiple projects such as Vile Child, Ill PatientZ, Astoria702 and now Pariah was One.
Patrick Webster is an American multi-genre multi-instrumentalist, Patrick has a lifelong passion for music. He picked up drums at 10, creative writing at 11, bass at 12, and guitar at 13. With special interest in instrumental post rock and math rock, he is also reputable for his socio-political lyricism in hip-hop. His involvement in multiple genres of music, as well as his encouragement of self-expression in all people, expresses the essence of his creative alias Exist More. Joining the Orion Cymbals team in 2021 thanks to Swamp Loco LLC, he looks forward to the mutual support of each other’s growth as well as the kick ass sound of these cymbals. Vitor Campos, also known as Vidaut, Brazilian, 39 years old, born in Brasília, but raised in Rio de Janeiro since his first year of age, started playing at 9, and in those 30 years, he has played in several bands and projects like, Maldita, Gerson King Combo, Carranca, Zero, Rodrigo Costa, Ari among others. Graduated in Recording Technique and Phonographic Production, works in studio as an audio engineer and music producer since 17 years old.
Yuri Alexander was born in São Paulo, Brazil, and started playing drums at 8. Always surrounded by music, grew up alongside his family’s musical work.
Participated in local and nationwide musical contests, being awarded several times.
Nowadays, plays in the bands Illuhmina, FireGun and Heresy, and as a sideman in the instrumental project Ignition Overdrive.
Studied with great musicians like Amilcar Christófaro (Torture Squad), Aquiles Priester (Angra, Hangar, Noturnall, About2Crash, Tony MacAlpine), Alan Marques (Sangrena), Dámaso Cerruti (Argentina) and Mestre Dinho Gonçalves.
Acts intensively as a clinician and instructor at Bateras Beat Music School, and in other brazilian institutions.
